Primer Coated Tanks

Primer-coated panel tanks offer an economical solution for general-purpose water storage, delivering durability and reliability for basic applications. Constructed from mild steel that meets BSEN10025:2004 standards, these tanks feature hydraulically pressed panels with double flanges for structural strength and rigidity. The internal surfaces are coated with non-toxic bituminous paint, while the external surfaces are protected with a red oxide primer, ensuring resistance to environmental factors and enhancing the lifespan of the tanks. These tanks are ideal for storing cold liquids with a density of 1.0 at temperatures not exceeding 38°C, making them versatile for various general storage needs. The tanks are designed with a focus on structural stability, incorporating braced sides and ends with stays and cleats made from mild steel angles and plates. They come with hexagonal bolts, nuts, and washers conforming to BS 4190 standards, and use non-toxic, odorless sealing materials to ensure leak-free performance. Features such as flat or pitched tank covers, manholes, insect-proof vents, and ladders matching the tank’s finish add convenience and safety. Additionally, mechanical level indicators with reverse reading systems and PVC floats are available. Built to comply with B.S. 1564: 1949 & 1975 standards, these tanks provide a cost-effective and dependable solution for water storage.

HDG Tanks + Epoxy Coating

HDG epoxy-coated panel water tanks provide a reliable and hygienic solution for food-grade liquid containment and general portable liquid storage. These tanks feature a robust hot-dip galvanised (HDG) steel construction, ensuring exceptional durability and resistance to corrosion. Enhanced with an epoxy coating, they offer an additional layer of protection, making them ideal for applications requiring high sanitary standards, such as food production, drinking water storage, and other industrial uses. HDG Tanks + HDPE Lining

HDG tanks with HDPE lining combine the robust durability of hot-dip galvanised (HDG) steel with the superior chemical resistance and hygiene of high-density polyethylene (HDPE).
